Seven-panelled buckle, debossed with the names of the Sins in Latin, Central crystal has engraved 'Eye of God' with the cross, from the C15th painting by Hieronymus Bosch, 'The Seven Deadly Sins', including the scroll reading 'caui dus videt', ('Beware, God sees').
