  • Most items shipped from RavenBlackwood.com, ship as fast as 24 hours. However, some items may take up to 7 days.

  • Raven's stated shipping prices are for the U.S. only.

    Products From Alchemy Gothic of England:
  • Alchemy Gothic of England products have a longer ship time because they are coming from England, and have to go through customs. Therefore, items ordered from Alchemy have a 3-4 week ship time. After you order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation e-mail, stating the estimated arrival time of your Alchemy Gothic products.

  • Returns & Exchanges:

    Raven Blackwood Will Accept Return Of Merchandise:
  • ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION AND IN ORIGINAL PACKING.
  • You must notify Raven within 7 Days of receipt in order to receive your credit. Send your notification to: ravenblackwood@yahoo.com
  • Raven will accept 'Unwanted' merchandise, but the return shipping cost shall be the responsibility of the customer.
  • If you are returning items for a refund, your request will be processed within 24-48 business hours once we receive the returned package. The refund will be in the original form of your payment.


    Replacement Policy:

    If you are returning an item(s) for replacement with an identical product(s), you should receive your replacement item(s) within 1 to 3 weeks. This time will vary depending on your location, and if your replacement item(s) are being shipped from England.


    Damaged Or Incorrect Merchandise:

  • Raven Blackwood will upon customer's request replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition - or as a result of a picking error.
  • No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise.
  • Customer must send an e-mail to: ravenblackwood@yahoo.com, in order to obtain a Damaged/Incorrect 'DIM' number.
  • Filing Of The Claims Will Be At The Discretion Of Raven Blackwood.


    Ship Your Returned Item(s):

  • Wrap and seal the package securely then ship to: Raven Blackwood, 835 Jones Way, Campbell, Ca 95008. For your protection, we recommend that you use United States Postal Service (USPS) with delivery confirmation.
  • Once we receive your return item(s), the item(s) will be inspected by our quality control personnel.
  • Once your return is accepted and confirmed, you replacement item(s) or refund will be processed immediately.
